Clark County has instituted the WARN Emergency Notification System - an ultra high-speed telephone communication service for emergency notifications. This system allows us to telephone all or targeted areas of the County in the event of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Examples include: evacuation notices, chemical spills, bio-terrorism alerts, boil alert notices, and missing child reports. The Moorefield Township Trustees are excited to announce that all six of the Moorefield Township tornado sirens are fully installed and are up and running. Please be aware we will run a monthly test on each siren during the months of April - October. This test will always take place on the first Monday of each month, will last approximately 40 seconds and will happen at 12:00 noon. Contact our office if you have any questions regarding the tornado sirens.
