This location serves as the office of the Fiscal Officer of Moorefield Township, Janet Dyer. All records pertaining to the Township are maintained and housed here. Included among these documents are all financial records, meeting minutes, budget information and cemetery records. Records from prior years are also stored at this location.
Moorefield Township does not have a zoning office. All zoning questions should be directed to Clark County Community Development Department at 937-521-2160.
Shelter house reservations may be made by visiting the Township office, 1616 Moorefield Road, during regular office hours, 10 a.m.- 3 p.m., Monday- Thursday. A rental fee of $25.00 (cash only) is required at the time the reservation is made in order to enter the reservation on the calendar. No reservations will be made by phone.
Assisting the Moorefield Township Fiscal Officer and Trustees is Andrea Smith, office manager. She is available daily to assist residents of the Township.
